Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within this period.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, email us at support@storename.com.
If your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.
Please do not send items back without authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: We’ll provide a free return label.

  • If you're returning due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.


Restocking Fee

Yes, all returns (except for damaged or incorrect items) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.


Return Method

All returns must be shipped by mail. We do not accept in-person returns.


Return Label Instructions

For defective or damaged items, contact us and we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
Simply download, print, and attach it to your package.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If your refund is delayed, try the following:

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing may take some time

  3. Contact your bank — there may be internal processing delays

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
