What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

When your order is delivered, please inspect the packaging carefully.
If you see any signs of damage—even just to the outer box—make a note of it when signing the delivery receipt.
If you can’t inspect the contents right away, we recommend writing “suspect damage” on the receipt.

If your item does arrive damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage

  2. Email them to Support@outdoornatures.com

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund within 1 business day
