How long does it take to ship and deliver an order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. While rare delays may occur, we aim for some of the fastest delivery times in the industry. Standard delivery is 4–7 business days, and any exceptions will be listed on the product page.


What’s your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Are returns free?

  • Yes, if the item is defective or damaged—we cover return shipping.

  • No, if returning due to buyer’s remorse or a change of mind—you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

What is your cancellation policy?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you notice damage:

  • Note it when signing for the delivery

  • Or write “suspect damage” if you can’t inspect right away
    Then, email photos of the damage to support@outdoornatures.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  3. Enter your shipping and payment information to complete the order

By Phone:

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Once it ships, we’ll send you a second email with tracking details.


Will I get an order confirmation email?

Absolutely. An email confirmation will be sent to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure it’s entered correctly and save the email for your records.


Can I make changes to my order?

Yes—as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
Email support@outdoornatures.com to request changes.
If there’s a price difference, we’ll adjust the total or send you an invoice.
